Helped Comcast ULearn's new UX function become measurable, understandable, and sustainable. SUS as the organization's first usability benchmark, UX drag cut 33% from peak, touched products lifted from SUS 40s–50s to 68+.

Rebuilding a Medical Analytics Platform at GSK
Led the redesign of GSK's medical analytics platform as the sole UX voice on a failing Power BI build. Eight months of advocacy, a custom Plotly stack, and a weekly feedback loop lifted SUS from 34 to 81, load times from 30+ minutes to seconds, and adoption to 85%.
